Topic – Holy Spirit: The Spirit of Creation 2

Text: Isaiah 34:16
“Search from the book of the LORD, and read: Not one of these shall fail; Not one shall lack her mate. For My mouth has commanded it, and His Spirit has gathered them.”

Yesterday, we learned that there exist three components of creation; negativity, Spirit brooding and spoken words. Negativity is never the end in itself but an invitation of your creative tendencies. We also established that words are instruments of creation but must be backed by the Holy Spirit. Today, we will further examine this kingdom’s reality.

A man that will make a lasting impact must learn the discipline of submitting to the Holy Ghost on daily basis, he must learn the act of staying still, this is the crucible where human words are replaced with Spirit words. When such words are released, new things break out.
David by revelation spoke in Psalm 104:30 saying “You send forth Your Spirit, they are created, And You renew the face of the earth”. He intentionally replaced words with Spirit because that is the power behind God’s word.

Peter alongside other brethren could not stand up for Jesus at critical hours of crucifixion, a lad was like a monster to Peter. That’s what fear brings, it magnifies problems. But thanks to the master who released this timeless secret. Yet again in Luke 24:49(amp), Listen carefully: I am sending the Promise of My Father [the Holy Spirit] upon you, but you are to remain in the city [of Jerusalem] until you are clothed (fully equipped) with power from on high.”

After the upper room experience, where 120 men hosted the Holy Spirit, the city changed. See the testimony of men in Acts 4:13 “Now seeing the boldness of Peter and of John, and having understood that they are unschooled and ordinary men, they were astonished. And they recognized them, that they had been with Jesus”. It became obvious that when the Holy Ghost broods upon a man, normal things no longer exist around him. The Holy Ghost is the super component added to natural matters, that is the Supernatural.
Even in the old covenant, the order remains the same. Exo 31:1-5 gave an explicit example of the creative abilities of the Holy Spirit.

Bezaleel in Exodus was a creator, he was not sent to a formal craft center, he did not go for after-school tutorials. However, God introduced the Spirit component in him and metals started to obey him. The Bible gave the account as “Then the Lord said to Moses, “See, I have chosen Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, and I have filled him with the SPIRIT OF GOD, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills to make artistic designs for work in gold, silver, and bronze, to cut and set stones, to work in wood, and to engage in all kinds of crafts.” Wow, God endowed Bezaleel with extraordinary capabilities in craftsmanship!

Hence I pose this question to you dear reader.

• Why not remain in the place of His presence?
• Why not let the Spirit brood over you until your mere words become replaced with God’s wonder-working words?

I pray deeply for you. May you be a sharp threshing instrument in the hands of the Holy Spirit. Your impact will be heavy upon the earth in Jesus’s name.!
